1. Project services
Because service work may involve reserved time, discovery and custom implementation, cancellation and refund terms are determined by the proposal or service agreement accepted for that project.
2. Before work begins
If a project has not started, any eligible refund will follow the written commercial terms agreed with the client, subject to applicable law and any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in advance.
3. After work begins
Where work has started, fees for completed discovery, design, development or other accepted work may be non-refundable to the extent stated in the agreement.
4. Subscriptions
If a recurring subscription is offered, the cancellation date, billing cycle and any applicable refund rules will be shown before purchase.
